Dr. Nguyen is a native to southern California, where he attended the University of California, Irvine, with a major in Biology. He then attended the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. Dr. Nguyen went on to specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Temple University Hospital. During his time in residency, he obtained the necessary skills and training for advanced trauma and reconstruction, dental alveolar surgery, dental implant surgery, head and neck pathology, advanced and complex bone grafting, orthognathic corrective jaw surgery, and adult and pediatric intravenous sedation.
Dr. Nguyen is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, a Fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a member of the American Dental Association.
